The GP Collective are excited to announce the Opening of Richmond Health Centre on Monday 4 Aug.
We are looking forward to being involved in the vibrant community of Richmond and in one of the most enhancing buildings on the Main street. Once an old Saddlery and then General store in its early days it has now had a new revamp to honour its heritage and offer again a wonderful General Practice back in Richmond.We are accepting all new patients and a commitment to the Richmond people to give the best we can to improve health outcomes. Please be sure to come in and say hello to us.
If you would like to be a patient we will need to give you a registration form or a code to action online. We will also need to get a form signed to retrieve your previous notes from where you are a patient.
