Appointment Information
This practice operates on an appointment-based system to ensure continuity of care and efficient service for all patients. While walk-in patients are always welcome, there may be an unavoidable wait, as priority is given to those with pre-booked appointments with their GP.
In the case of an emergency, our team will prioritise your care and assist you as quickly as possible.
Our practice operates on an appointment-based system, allowing us to provide care across urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned chronic care, and preventative health needs.
If you feel you may require additional time with your GP, we kindly ask that you request a longer consultation when booking your appointment. As a general guide, two or more concerns will usually require a longer consultation. Please advise our reception team if you have multiple concerns to discuss so we can ensure the appropriate time is allocated for your visit.
Urgent appointments are available and will be seen by the next available GP. If you believe your condition is urgent, please advise our reception team, who will triage your request and prioritise care accordingly.
Telehealth consultations may be available for patients who have visited the practice within the last 12 months. These services are provided at the discretion of your GP and are subject to clinical suitability.
If you would like a telehealth appointment, please contact the practice and our team will be happy to assist.
At times, you may experience a waiting period due to GPs attending to urgent or more complex medical matters. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.
